Prescription Renewal Policy: Requests for prescription renewals not associated with a scheduled appointment will only be accomplished on medications originally ordered by a Cannon provider. Prescriptions will be accepted anytime of the day provided the patient has been seen in the clinic within the past 6 months. Note: You should ensure you have a five-to seven-day supply of all medications available at all times.
