9/24/2012 - CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Soldiers from a detachment of the 1st Battalion with the 19th Special Forces Group travelled to Melrose Air Force Range, N.M., for training missions, Sept. 17- 19.
Melrose is operated by Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., and provides a place for realistic training of ground and air forces vital to operational readiness.
The range is used for training such as air-to-ground, small arms and electronic combat.
