CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --   The 2013 Air Force Community Assessment survey is scheduled to launch at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., April 5.

This year's theme is "A Strong Community Depends On You." Results from the CA will provide feedback for Cannon to help implement improvement programs and services that support members of the Cannon community.

Email notifications will be sent out to randomly selected active duty, reserve and guard members, as well as civilian employees. Spouses will also be sent postcards with information on the CA. Both emails and postcards will include a link to the online survey.

"All responses will be kept completely anonymous and confidential," said Capt. Corey Carnes, 27th Special Operations Medical Operations Squadron Integrated Delivery Systems chair. "Past surveys have resulted in new and improved programs to support the entire Air Force community. The success of this year's survey relies on maximum participation. I'm urging as many of our Cannon members to complete the survey when it becomes available!"

Previous surveys have resulted in new parks, job opportunities for spouses and increased support networks.
