The Air Force approved the release of the fiscal year 2014 Active Duty NCO Retraining Program implementation instructions for Air Commandos at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., June 3, 2013. Airmen are being provided additional information regarding the program as a way to help optimize the enlisted force structure to best meet current and future needs of the Air Force.
