Effectively communicating

Staff Sgt. Tian Martel, 27th Communications Squadron graphics artist, sets up the Video Teleconference Center at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. on Jan. 30. The VTC is used by 27th Fighter Wing to communicate more effectively with Air Force commands than regular conference calls.
