The Patient and Family Partnership Council (PFPC) demonstrates the MTF's commitment to maximizing value for patients and families. Patient and Family Partnership Council advisors provide reasonable insight, suggestions and recommendations on improving the patient experience of care through collaborative teamwork and information sharing.
Mission
Enhance the quality and safety of patient care with insight into the actual customer experience by incorporating the patient and family perspective into policies, procedures, programs and practices.
Vision
Provide health care experience that is patient and family centered.
Purpose
An additional source of information for assessment of compliance and customer satisfaction that aligns with the 27 SOMDG strategic framework.
