Jeffry Quimby, 27 SOSS, cut the ribbon in the newly built Radar Approach Control facility at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., May 7, 2012. The RAPCON provides radar-based air traffic service to both military and civilians aircraft within approximately 60 nautical miles of Cannon Air Force Base.
