As the 27th Special Operations Wing prepares for housing privatization later this summer, Balfour Beatty Communities is pleased to announce the first privatized housing town hall meeting Tuesday, May 8, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Landing Zone.

BBC's leadership will be on hand to introduce their staff, explain lease agreements along with the terms and conditions of the leases, and answer questions about the transition process.

Cannon's military family housing areas that will convert to privatized housing include Joe Cannon Estates and all of Chavez Manor. All military family housing residents and military personnel are invited to attend the town hall meeting.

To facilitate the transition to privatization, lease signing sessions are scheduled to take place from May 9-11 at the Landing Zone. The sessions will be divided according to last name of the military member: (A-E) will be May 9 from 4 - 6 p.m.; (F-M) will be May 10 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.; and (N-Z) will be May 11 from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. If members are unable to attend on their assigned day, they may attend any of the other scheduled sessions.

The 27th SOW is excited to work with BBC to improve the Cannon Housing Community.
