Turn lane closure Published Feb. 11, 2011 CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The dedicated right turn lane at the intersection of D.L. Ingram Blvd. and Casablanca will be closed for construction starting at 7 a.m., February 14 and ending at 5 p.m. , February 16. Drivers who need to turn right onto D.L. Ingram Blvd. can do so during this time from the through lane of the intersection. Drivers can make a right turn on red following a complete stop to help alleviate congestion.
