Community notes Published Sept. 22, 2010 CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Obstetrics Open House at Plains Regional Plains Regional Medical Center along with the 27th Special Operations Medical Group, Women's Medical Center and La Casa Health Care will host an open house September 24 at 10 a.m. at the medical center. There will be a focus group that will include several new and expectant mothers to assess opportunities to improve the delivery of care. Air Commando Association Reunion The Air Commando Association is hosting its annual reunion at Fort Walton Beach, Fla., and Hurlburt Air Field, Oct 7-10. This year's focus is the 30th anniversary of Operation Eagle Claw and Desert One. These events led to the formation of the United States Special Operations Command and Air Force Special Operations Command. This year's guest speaker is Adm. Eric Olson, USSOCOM commander.
