Pardon our dust Published Feb. 11, 2010 CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Beginning Feb. 15 the James Boatwright entrance to the Chavez Child Development Center will be closed due to construction. All visitors will need to enter via the Ranchvale highway and park toward the north side of the building.
