Whispering Winds closes snack bar Feb. 8 Published Feb. 2, 2010 CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Due to a lack of patronage, the Whispering Winds snack bar will close Feb. 8 on weekends. It will reopen weekend service in April at the beginning of the regular golf season.
