Fire prevention week proclamation

CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The Cannon Fire Department will host the National Fire Prevention Week campaign Oct. 4-10. This year's theme is "Stay Fire Smart."

Open house will be at the fire department, Bldg. 158 on Oct. 7, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The Fire Muster at Unity Park begins at 9 a.m. on Oct. 9. Festivities include the bucket brigade, obstacle course, truck pull, hose relay and more.
