Cannon's 27th Special Operations Security Forces Squadron is participating in a DWI/Safety presentation hosted by the Curry County Wellness Council at Clovis Community College May 30 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

A mobile command center and several vehicles and equipment used by Air Force security forces personnel will be available for viewing.

Various state and local police agencies will also participate in a re-creation of a DWI crash scene to show the devastating effects of driving while intoxicated or driving while under the influence of narcotics. They will have information available on keeping your family safe this summer.

For more information about security forces' participation in the event, contact the 27th Special Operations Wing Public Affairs Office at (575) 784-4131. Any questions about the program should be directed to Officer Eric Muller at (575) 763-9427.
