Ingram at the intersections of Torch and Casablanca will flash red, indicating a four-way stop from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Monday through Friday and during the weekend. According to Tech. Sgt. Andrew Nofzinger, 27th Special Operations Security Forces Squadron, the change was made to ease any congestion during low-traffic flow hours.
