Airman's Attic The Airman's Attic is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July13. Staff sergeants and below and their dependents can select up to 20 free items per week for family use. Donations are welcome, but do not leave donations outside the door. School and sports physicals The 27th Medical Group will conduct school and sports physicals from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. on July 14 and Aug. 11 Students and sports participants can register by calling Central Appointments at 784-2778 or 1-888-544-2778. For more information, call 784-4078. Healthcare Council meeting The Community Healthcare Council meets at 4 p.m. on July 25 at The Landing. All 27th Medical Group beneficiaries are invited to attend. The Community Healthcare Council is a forum for the 27th Medical Group to interact with beneficiaries and provide information on medical services, medical group events and the latest health benefit information, along with a forum for feedback to the 27th Medical Group. Viper Volunteers sought Do you know outstanding volunteers at Cannon? If so, consider recognizing their efforts through the Viper Volunteer Award program. For an appointment, call 784-4228 Just say no to bug zappers In accordance with Department of Defense Instruction 4150.7, DoD Pest Management Program, outdoor electronic pest control equipment and insect surveillance devices are not authorized for use by anyone other than trained personnel in Military Family Housing. These items include but are not limited to bug zappers, propane operated mosquito traps and ultrasonic repellents. For more information on these items, call 784-2439.
