Cannon AFB to host virtual PFAS update meeting

CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. – On Tuesday, May 14th, at 5 p.m. the 27th Special Operations Wing will host the first PFAS virtual update of the year. This meeting will provide any updated information on the per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) investigation.


At this time, the Restoration Project Manager from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center will provide investigation status updates and answer public PFAS questions.


This virtual meeting is open to the public, but attendees must RSVP prior to receive zoom access information. Please RSVP by emailing jacob.albers@us.af.mil no later than 3:00 p.m on May 10th, 2024.


Zoom allows users to type their questions into a chat box. All questions will be captured and answered either during the meeting or in the meeting minutes. For questions regarding the Zoom software, visit: Zoom Help Center.
