CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Deborah Lee James was confirmed as the 23rd Secretary of the Air Force Dec. 13, and sworn-in Dec. 20. In the video, James gives her first remarks as secretary about what Airmen and their families can expect from her in the future.
