Airmen from Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., made waves at the DZ Pool, August 10. The luau-themed party allowed them to partake in the aquatic center's features until almost midnight.
All donning leis, the Airmen floated around on inner tubes, splashed around in the deep end and took turns diving off the diving board.

The night's soundtrack was provided by Master Sgt. Edward Fields, 27th Special Operations Maintenance Squadron maintenance operations flight chief. As his alter ego DJ Awethentic, he filled everyone's ears with the tunes from today's latest music hits.

"I was very pleased with the outcome," said Airman 1st Class Quinterius Lewis, 27th Special Operations Maintenance Squadron. "The Airmen really stepped up to come out and support this event. It is satisfying to those who organized this meeting when individuals come out in droves and genuinely have a good time together!"
