Sept. 15 begins the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. According to hispanicheritagemonth.org, this date marks the anniversary of independence for five Latin American countries: Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. This celebration also includes the declaration of
