Head & Shoulder and Full-Length studio photos are for official purposes only. The following are supported reasons for photos:

• Squadron-level and above leadership
• Wing-level quarterly and annual awards
• Other portrait requirements as specified by AFI, such as special duty assignment applications (per AFMAN 36-2032) or other validated requirements by wing-level and above commanders.

​Photos for personal use are strictly prohibited.

Please follow the below guidelines when submitting a request.

• Provide any Award of Special Duty Package requirements, such as photograph size, pose, digital or prints, etc., in the comments section on the booking page.
• Prepare your uniform in accordance with AFI 36-2903 to ensure uniform, badges, ribbons, devices, and accessories are within regulation.
• Set aside enough time prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to change into your service uniform.
