Continued professional development and growth of our people The 27th Special Operations Force Support Squadron provides family support, military and civilian personnel, Airman Leadership School, education, manpower, and consolidated base training office programs in support of the 27th Special Operations Wing. These programs support employments of special operations forces as directed by the Secretary of Defense. The 27th SOFSS provides several support functions under one commander. These include the Military and Civilian Personnel Flight, Airman Leadership School, Manpower and Organization Flight, Airman and Family Readiness Center, and Education Services. The squadron also provides administrative and command support to the 13 staff agencies assigned to the 27 SOW and the 27th Special Operations Mission Support Group. "We are Force Support.
