CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, New Mexico -- Per the 27th Special Operations Wing commander, all Cannon Air Force Base personnel are authorized up to two hours delayed reporting for tomorrow morning, Feb. 13, 2017, due to forecast ice/snow and potential degraded driving conditions.
