CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- On Oct. 24, 2022, Plains Regional Medical Center Pharmacy and Roden-Smith are leaving the Tricare market. This change means that patients are no longer covered at the two pharmacies and will have to pay out of pocket if their medications get dispensed.

The pharmacies currently available for patients are Cannon Air Force Base, Walgreens (Clovis), Farmer’s Pharmacy (Portales), and Village Pharmacy (Portales).

If a patient already has active prescriptions at PRMC or Roden-Smith, they can pick the pharmacy of their choice and have their medications transferred.

The Cannon AFB Pharmacy have modified their services to better provide for their patients. They have increased their daily hours to include the lunch hour.
