Cannon to host 5K zombie buffet

Air Commandos transform into their undead alter egos in preparation for the upcoming Zombie 5K/run obstacle course scheduled to take place at the Whispering Winds Golf Course, Oct. 19, at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. The event, hosted by Cannon's Air Force Sergeant's Association, challenges human runners to navigate a 3.2 mile course while evading the clutches of the zombie horde that will be crawling, lumbering and sprinting after them.
