One journey at a time

Jette Carr looks at a drinking water source about to be put though a pump to filter out dead bugs, algae, and other containments, during the second day of her walk across the state, summer of 2003. The hike was part of a trek spanning from the bottom to the top of Utah to each boarder – a journey that took 43 days and was nearly 700 miles long. (Courtesy photo)
