Cannon honors Ratchet 33
Honor guardsmen from the 27th Special Operations Wing prepare to fold the flag during a memorial ceremony Feb. 18, 2014 at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. The ceremony was conducted in honor of Capt. Ryan Hall, Capt. Nicholas Whitlock, 1st Lt.
