Silence hides violence
The Family Advocacy Program at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., reminds members of the Cannon family of reporting options, educational information and resources to help prevent and combat domestic abuse and violence. According to Department of Defense Directive 6400.1 and Air Force Instruction 40-301, active duty members and civilian employees at any military installation are mandated to report all incidents of suspected family maltreatment to the Family Advocacy Program.
