Sweating the small stuff, enforcing standards

AFI 36-2903 6.3.3 covers the use of cell phones while in uniform. It declares that handheld electronic devices are small electronic equipment such as cellular phones, whether personal or official, MP3 or similar players and radio or hands-free devices such as Bluetooth. Handheld electronic devices will be plain black, silver, dark blue, or gray. Holster and other storage devices used to carry handheld electronic devices will be plain black, silver, dark blue, or gray.
