ISR Rodeo: 318 SOS premieres new training platform
Members from the 318th Special Operations Squadron walk on the flightline to begin pre-flight operations, Dec. 5, 2014 at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M. The 318 SOS held its first Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance competition to challenge aircrew ability to complete tasks with degraded systems, meet specific time requirements, perfect communication with emphasis on brevity, practice turnovers between aircraft to maintain constant surveillance, and provide situational awareness and directions to friendly forces while navigating through urban terrain.
