6/18/2012 - CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- The new Combat Fitness Pad began offering Crossfit test classes behind the Fitness Center at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., June 11.
Beginners Crossfit courses are offered Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Advanced Crossfit courses are offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Participants must take a beginner course before taking advanced courses.
